IETF Meeting Letter of Invitation System

Welcome to the IETF Letter of Invitation (LOI) request system. You can request a letter of invitation for any available future meeting, provided that you meet one of the following criteria:

Author of a -01 or above version Internet Draft
Author of Working Group Internet Draft
Author of an RFC
Attended an IETF meeting since IETF 65

The Letter of Invitation will be sent to you in PDF format to the email address on record from your prior IETF participation. You will also be presented with the opportunity to order a hard copy of LOI (an additional fee may apply) if you need one.

NOTE: If you have changed your email address, please contact the IETF Registrar at registrar@ietf.org and we will update your email address in the LOI database.

Note: Requesting a Letter of Invitation does not register you for that meeting. You must still complete a meeting registration for each meeting.
