Please note for exam scheduled through UL Testing Services:  

All testing charges below will include a one-time annual fee of $7 to PrepBlast which will be linked to your email address.

Please make sure you use the same email address each time you register for a test, so you will not be charged the $7 fee again. You will see the fee breakdown in your cart prior to accepting the charges.

Rescheduling: 

You will only be allowed to reschedule an exam twice (original date, reschedule date and once again) before we will cancel your appointment. After the third missed appointment, you will be required to register and pay the testing fee again to take an exam in our office.
