END OF AN ERA: Final flag lowering at Boones Creek Middle School

With a new Boones Creek Pre K-8 School on the horizon for Washington County, Boones Creek Middle School held their final flag lowering on Friday.

Washington County Director of Schools Bill Flanary shared these photos on Twitter from the ceremony. 

The event was led by the Daniel Boone JROTC Marine cadets. 

The ceremony puts an end to the historic career for the school.
