UPDATE:
The Wilkes County Sheriff’s Office has identified two individuals who were found driving a vehicle of interest in the case of missing 15-month-old Evelyn Boswell.
The sheriff’s office says William McCloud and Angela Boswell were arrested and charged with possession of stolen property.
Investigators say they were found in a 2007 BMW in the Shepherds Crossroads Community of the county. The vehicle had been reported stolen.
According to authorities, the 2007 BMW had been reported stolen by the owner.
Officials with the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office told News Channel 11 that Megan Boswell was purchasing the vehicle from the owner for her mother, Angela Boswell.
The owner of the vehicle was awaiting payment in order for the vehicle, title, and registration to be transferred over but a payment was never made, according to the Sullivan County Sheriff’s office.
No other information has been released.
Evelyn Boswell remains missing.

The Wilkes County Sheriff’s Office charged William McCloud and Angela Boswell with an out-of-state fugitive warrant for outstanding charges that were open in the state of Tennessee Saturday.
Wilkes County Sheriff’s Officials said Saturday that their first appearance in this matter will be held on Monday, and they are currently being held without bond on these out-of-state fugitive charges.
The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations are investigating the Amber Alert and this investigation is on-going.
The Sullivan County Sheriff’s office released information Saturday afternoon stating that William McCloud and Angela Boswell face charges of theft over $2,500.
Angela Boswell and William McCloud will remain in the Wilkes County Jail until an extradition hearing is held and they are transported to the Sullivan County Jail.
TBI officials told News Channel 11 Saturday morning that no charges have been placed in connection to the missing child.

BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) — Authorities have located a vehicle of interest in connection with missing Sullivan County 15-month old Evelyn Boswell.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says the vehicle and “individuals authorities were hoping to speak with” were located in Wilkes County, North Carolina.
Evelyn Boswell is still missing, however.
Authorities have not released the names of the individuals.
Anyone with information on her possible whereabouts is asked to contact the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation at 1-800-TBI-FIND. A reward of more than $30,000 is being offered for information leading to the safe return of Evelyn Boswell.
