At Home to open location on former K-Mart property in Johnson City

JOHNSON CITY TN (WJHL) — Another retailer will be joining Hobby Lobby at the former K-Mart property in Johnson City. 

Property developer Blackwater Resources confirming to News Channel 11 that Plano, Texas-based At Home has signed a lease to occupy a portion of the building.

Another anchor store is listed on the conceptual site plans, but that retailer has not been announced. Several outparcel spaces for restaurants and other retail also coming to the property as well.
