The fruit flavors of green apple, pineapple and lime are underscored by slate-driven minerality, and the wine, although plump and amply endowed, is well balanced, with superb posture provided by sinewy acids. Helles Grüngelb. In der Nase feine Zitrus- und Grapefruitzesten, dezente Kräuterwürze, rauchige Mineralik, etwas regenfeuchtes Gestein. Am Gaumen frisch strukturiert, perfekt balanciert, schön integrierte Fruchtsüße, geschmeidig und lange anhaltend, eleganter Stil, nur ein Hauch von Botrytishonig im Abgang, sehr gutes Potenzial.
