About the Show
Executive produced and directed by five-time Academy Award® nominated filmmaker Richard Linklater and two-time Academy Award winner Bill Guttentag, THAT ANIMAL RESCUE SHOW follows the animal rescue community in and around Austin, Texas, where Linklater lives. The 10-episode docuseries provides a window into the moving, humorous and powerful stories of animals and the inspiring bonds they form with the humans who love them. The series features a captivating world of people who have dedicated their lives to rescuing pigs, horses, dogs, goats and many other animals – who rescue these humans right back.
