Begin to fill out the LAunchPad Summer Program online application ONLY AFTER you have downloaded and completed all the required documents (which include Teacher Recommendation Form, Parent Authorization Form, and Unofficial Transcripts). The online application will not save your progress; this means you will not be able to go back to change or add anything to your online application once you submit it.
1) Download and complete the following two PDF files.
2) Upload the following documents to your application.

3) Complete your online application and click SUBMIT.
