The Chair and committee members of Solihull LOC would like to invite you to the 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
3 CET POINTS “OCT application in disease recognition” Sponsored by Zeiss
This interactive session will have 3 CET points on offer. Since the advent of OCT technology over 20 years, OCT technology has become imperative in eye care management. OCT has been proven in multiple studies to aid the clinician in both disease recognition and most importantly placing the patient on the right clinical treatment pathway.
The session will give an overview of a normal retina, its appearance and key numerical values. The session will also discuss some key disease clusters including Diabetic Retinopathy/AMD and Glaucoma.
The timings for the AGM are as follows:
· 6:30pm – Doors open and refreshments, NHS England (PCSE) stand open
· 7:00pm – AGM presentations begin to include CET presentation
· 9:30pm – Approximate close
