Notes from Mrs. Young
Volume 7, Issue 1
Welcome to the 2018-19 School Year!
I hope you have enjoyed a great summer! I hope you have made wonderful summer memories with your friends and family!
We are beginning the year on a mountain top as we celebrate another year of academic gains for our students! We have a greater percentage of students scoring proficient and above on state testing than ever in our history! Thank you for your continued commitment to your students and our faculty and staff. Our success is your success as parents and as a community. We are unable to make these gains without your support so we sincerely thank you!
Our theme this year is "VES, a Circle of Lifelong Learners." We are beginning the year as excited educators and we hope that you will join us in our mantra to make every student count and every moment matter, as we work to reach our learning goals.
Please enjoy the new year information below and don't hesitate to reach out to me if any needs arise for you this year.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Young
