PA Safety Alliance is a statewide coalition of diverse organizations committed to saving lives in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is home to a rich and diverse array of communities, each of them with their own voices and safety needs. While gun ownership is at the core of many of these communities in the form of recreation and personal protection, it also poses inherent risks. The PA Safety Alliance was founded to align these voices, providing a united perspective that informs statewide safety efforts, and implements sensible firearm policies to effectively end firearm injuries and deaths.
Our Current Focus
We believe in evidence-based, sensible solutions to gun violence. We also believe in balancing the rights of legal gun owners. Our focus is ensuring every person who owns a gun is legally allowed to own a gun. Permit to purchase saves lives.
