Had the privilege of participating in two undergrad honors thesis defenses as a committee member today. The first was the first time I’ve actively used my biology degree since 2008 🤣 Thesis 1: Characterizing metagenomic interactions between the freshwater sponge racekielya ryderi and flavobacterium in western North Carolina Thesis 2: Land Relations and Implications for Indigenous Health and Food Sovereignty Very proud of my former trauma informed leadership students, Sarah Barnard and Maggie Slade!

Must be a full-time or part-time faculty member in a higher education or student affairs program at a four-year college or university in the U.S. during the 2023-2024 academic year. 2.
