In honor of Patient Safety Awareness Week, Datavant is eliminating industry-standard charges for patients who request their health records from providers that have adopted Datavant's digital connectivity technology. In 2023, Datavant processed over 60M record requests, which included over 2M patient requests. Starting April 1st, we will fulfill digital patient requests through providers in the Datavant networks at no cost to patients.
