Reward for information on who had Roscoe

Roscoe was stolen from the shop in 2018, he was later found roaming the street in the vicinity of where he was stolen from by Odessa Animal Control. He was used as a bait dog and his injuries were so severe they had to euthanize him. We are working with Pets at Peace to have him cremated and brought home. After all the suffering we went through he deserves to be at peace and not in the landfill. Any extra money will be used as a reward to go to the person who can lead us to  the scum bag who did this so we can make sure charges are pressed and he gets punished for what he did!
