Along those lines, Austin Pets Alive has had its own fair share of troubles. With a huge decrease in volunteers, APA is doing their best to fill all those important roles in-house, but even so, the amount of work these amazing people have taken upon themselves is enormous. APA has saved so many lives, having brought Austin's animal save-rate from 13% to 97% and is an organization that helps make Austin the special place that it is.
