To mark the festive season we are inviting organisations that Do Good all-year long to join us at the Growth Hub for a festive treat. Two days of inspirational speakers, local case-studies and practical workshops designed to enable Charities and Social Enterprise explore and develop their digital offer and maximise their social impact.

Day 1: Using technology to enhance relationships with local businesses and the University

Value Exchange: Can technology transform corporate volunteering? Gone are the days of corporate teams painting the hallways now corporate support can be targeted thanks to micro volunteering. Anne Thomas CEO and founder of Vtues will discuss the benefits of micro volunteering; help you identify the support you need and introduce new Vtues micro volunteering platform. Business in the Community: Steve Mitchell, former Business Connector provides case studies on how corporate partnerships have helped local charities to increase their impact utilising technology.

Technology and business transformation: Find out how the University of Gloucestershire supports digital transformation. Rod Horrocks, Project manager of the University’s Research & Innovation Programme (GRIP) will deliver a practical digital transformation workshop and provide information on further support.

Day 2: Developing your Digital Offer

Design Hop: Explore your services through a ‘design hop’ delivered by Dan Sutch, CEO of CAST.
