COVID INFORMATION

We are working to keep you safe.

We are following the Oregon requirements from the Oregon Health Authority and will continue to monitor requirements and adjust policies as guidance changes.

Tickets go on sale 5 days in advance and

can still be purchased "day of" if not sold out.

Please purchase your admission online. There will be no "walk up" admissions. However, you can purchase tickets on line "day of" if tickets are available. Tickets are available 5 days in advance, even the "day of" until they sell out. To go to online ticket sales CLICK HERE.

 

The Oregon Governor's office has set strict capacity limits for guests based on county risk levels, with no more than 8 currently permitted in a group. Tickets will be sold online for specific dates and entry times.

If you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible so we may open your tickets to others. If you need to cancel please email us at info@enchantedforest.com and we will arrange a refund. 

During COVID-19, there will be no all-day ride bracelets. You will need 2-4 ride tickets for each ride. Refunds will be issued for any unused ride tickets if requested during your visit at the park.

What is opened and closed?

The majority of our park is outdoors in a beautiful forested setting. Yes, some attractions will be closed, and some ride cue lines may move slower due to social distancing on rides. However, the bright spot for our guests is that there will be fewer visitors in the park due to Covid capacity limits set by the Governor's office.

Fantasy Fountains water-light show  (Face coverings are required.)

Comedy theatre (Actors will be social distancing, even during the performance, and every other row will be blocked off and viewing parties must maintain 6' distancing.)

Music in the Park (Possibly Irish will normally be performing in groups of 2-3 throughout the day in the Western Town.)

Opera house store including showing of ducumentary movie. (Face covering are required.)

Indoor Masks 

As always, the Enchanted Forest, as an Oregon business, follows the governor's mandates and requirements set by the Oregon Health Authority. We are following the new requirements set by the Oregon Health Authority, which were updated MAY 18th, 2021.

 

Masks are not required outside. The majority of our park is outside.

 

Mask are required indoors for anyone age 5 and older unless actively eating or drinking. (Oregon Health Authority)

Wait in your car until arrival time

Please wait in your car until your arrival time to avoid guests gathering at the entrance area. You will need to bring your reservation confirmation (printed or on your phone) to check in.

WARNING

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. We cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. By visiting Enchanted Forest you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Covid Symptoms-please visit another day

If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please visit the park another day to protect both yourself and others. Symptoms include cough, chills, fever, sore throat, muscle pain, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, new loss of sense of taste or smell. If you need to refund for your pre-scheduled admission time, please email us at info@enchantedforest.com

High risk groups

If you are in a high risk group (senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions), we recommend you wait to visit until the danger of COVID-19 is over or there is a vaccine.
