“What Do We Need to Talk About?” Eve Theatre Company and the Fledgling Theatre present the show about the Apple siblings as they share ideas, idiosyncrasies and incidentals on a wide range of current topics and trends. This current iteration finds them on Zoom dealing with technology, quarantine and questions about what the future holds. Thursday-next Sunday, video streamed through showtix4u.com. Ends Feb. 21. Louisville Orchestra Virtual Edition. “Classical Pairing: John Adams and W. A. Mozart.” John Adams: Chamber Symphony; W.A. Mozart: Symphony No.39.; Teddy Abrams, conductor, 7:30 p.m. online.  American composer John Adams (b. 1947) stirs up an earful of layered tunes and textures that bounce and skitter like the soundtrack of a classic cartoon. Adams' Chamber Symphony is one of the great works of the late 20th century. $20. kentuckyperformingarts.org.

“The Hollywood Hit.”  The Dinner Detective Valentines Show is an interactive murder mystery show and dinner. Saturday and next Sunday, 6-9 p.m., Embassy Suites by Hilton Louisville Downtown, 501 S.
