Diana Ross, Trevor Noah, deadmau5 & More To Play Pier 17 Rooftop Concert Series: Full Lineup

The venue will see a total of 21 shows in its first year, with Thievery Corporation closing things out on Oct. 12.

New York City’s newest venue, Pier 17, is set to open on July 28, bringing a mix of music and comedy superstars to the borough’s Seaport District for the inaugural season of the Pier 17 Rooftop Concert Series.

Kicking off with a free public concert from Jon Batiste with the Dap-Kings on July 28, Pier 17 has an impressive and diverse lineup for 2018 including Amy Schumer, Kings of Leon, Diana Ross, Trevor Noah, Slash, Bebe Rexha and deadmau5. The venue will see a total of 21 shows in its first year, with Thievery Corporation closing things out on Oct. 12.

“We knew it was important to put together a group of artists that accurately reflected the diverse musical landscape of this vibrant city. Pier 17 is truly a one-of-a-kind venue that has something for everyone to enjoy,” Stacie George, senior vice president of Live Nation, New York said in a statement. “Live Nation is committed to bringing New Yorkers the very best in live entertainment, and we look forward to an amazing summer of rooftop events.”

The Pier 17 Rooftop Concert Series was developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation and is programmed in partnership with Live Nation. The 1.5-acre rooftop can hold 3,400 for its standing general admission shows, or 2,400 seated, with the Brooklyn Bridge as the stage’s backdrop and sweeping views of New York City’s landmarks all around the open-air venue.

Tickets will be available to the public on May 18 at 10 a.m. ET. Chase cardholders have access to a 48-hour pre-sale starting May 14 at 10 a.m. ET. All tickets are only available through Seaport District NYC partner Ticketmaster.
