Join the Washington SBDC for a no-cost 30 minute Business Resiliency webinar, "Keeping the Lights On".  An introduction to our 25-page guide to help small business owners prepare to respond quickly and recover from disruptions. Webinar participants will also receive a business resiliency plan template that they can customize to meet the specific needs of their business.

Keeping the Lights On will cover how to:

  • Identify your critical resources
  • Plan to use alternative resources
  • Respond with your plan
  • Bring your business back to normal

There will be a 30 minute Q&A session immediately after the webinar

This planning guide does not specifically cover COVID-19 or disruptions caused by the coronavirus. The webinar will include time for questions from participants about possible strategies for dealing with any disruption to business as usual.

Registration Policies for Workshops:

Registration and Fees (IF ANY): Payment of seminar fees may be made by check or money order. No credit card information can be accepted by email, fax, over the phone or at the event. Payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event.

Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund, please contact the conference organizer listed above. Refunds of 90% can be issued if canceled at least 5 days in advance. You may also elect to send a substitute in your place. If the event is canceled, all fees will be returned.

Photographs: Photos taken during training may be used by SBDC for promotional purposes. Please inform the SBDC personnel onsite OR email training@wsbdc.org with the class information to request photos that include you not be publicized.
