2019 CALL for PRESENTERS - New Teacher Summer Institute
Thank you for your interest in being a workshop presenter.  The New Teacher Summer Institute (NTSI) is a four day professional development, where new teachers have the opportunity to grow and develop in their practice by attending workshops and hearing from content experts.

The dates for this year's summer institutes are:

SESSION 1:  Tuesday, June 11, 2019 - Friday, June 14, 2019, to be held at Mack Elementary School.

We are interested in workshops that include practical, hands-on, and theoretical, research-based presentations. Workshops should include  high rigor, culturally responsive instruction, and provide participants the opportunity to be engaged and be reflective.

The Human Resources Teacher Quality Program looks forward to receiving your proposal by the deadline, March 22, 2019.  Please complete the form below and consider printing a completed copy for your records prior to submission.  If you are interested in presenting multiple workshop titles, you will need to submit a separate proposal for each title.

Proposals will be reviewed and selected according to the needs of non-permanent teachers.  Selected presenters will be notified by April 12, 2019.  If you are selected, you can be assigned to present your workshop up to three times on a given day.
