Purchasing an audio conferencing plan


In addition to Zoom's free global dial-in numbers (toll applies), you can also subscribe to an audio conferencing plan for toll-free numbers, toll numbers, call-out numbers, and dedicated dial-in numbers. Learn more about audio conferencing rates.

The meeting host must be Licensed for users to dial in with a toll-free or a fee-based toll number.

How to purchase an audio conferencing plan

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Billing.
  3. On the Current Plans tab, scroll to Interested in other available products? and click Add to Cart next to Audio Conferencing.
  4. Select your audio plan options:
    • Select how you would like to pay for your audio plan:
      • Pay-as-you-go: Available on Business, Education, and Enterprise plans
      • Monthly commit plan: Available on all paid plans
    • Choose the Toll, Toll Call (Fee based), and Call Out tabs to add numbers for countries or regions. Check the country or countries you would like access to, using the search function to search for specific countries.
    • You can also choose a dedicated line for your Personal Audio Conference. This is only a US number.
  5. Click Save & Continue.
  6. Review the changes. If correct, click Save & Continue.
  7. Click Place Order to complete your purchase.

How to add countries/regions to audio conferencing

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Billing.
  3. Under Audio Conferencing plan, click View/Edit Countries/Regions.
  4. On the new windows that opens, select the Toll-Free, Toll Call (Fee-based) or Call Out.
  5. Select the desired countries or regions.

Note: Call Out requires a minimum of 1 country or region to be selected.

How to view available numbers

If you have subscribed to an audio plan, you will see the list of numbers when you:
