2017 (Redshirt Freshman): Appeared in nine games at running back and on special teams as a kick returner … Accumulated 362 all-purpose yards, averaging 40.2 all-purpose yards per game … Tallied 209 yards off of seven kick returns, posting a team-best kickoff return yard average of 29.9 … Rushed 33 times for 129 yards, averaging 3.9 yards per carry … Grabbed seven catches for 24 yards … Made his Lumberjack debut in the season opener at SMU (Sept. 2), racking up a career-high 99 yards on three kickoff returns, including a career-long 71-yard return in the fourth quarter … Had 66 kickoff return yards in the thrilling 37-31 home win over Incarnate Word (Sept. 16), including a 51-yard fourth-quarter return … Rushed for a career-high 92 yards on 10 carries in the 34-7 road rout at Lamar (Oct. 28), claiming a 30-yard run in the opening quarter … Also recorded a pair of tackles on special teams.
