These are challenging times. We hope you have all the information and resources you need to keep your family safe. To that end, we want you to know that Lone Star Circle of Care is here for you. We are open and can support you in different ways.
- In-Office Appointments.
Lone Star Circle of Care is serving our communities and patients with in-office appointments. If you have a fever, cough or difficulty breathing, or someone in your household has a viral illness, please call 877-800-5722 rather than going directly to the clinic. You will receive specific instructions regarding your care.
- Telephone and Video Appointments. Lone Star Circle of Care offers telemedicine. Please follow our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and website for the most recent virtual visit information.
- Keeping Patients Safe. We have made some changes to help keep our patients, staff and facilities safe. We are seeing patients for routine well visits at separate times from patients with symptoms of any illness. Upon arrival, a staff member will greet you and screen you and any guest for symptoms of potential viral illness, including taking your temperature. We continue to require masking and follow CDC guidelines for infection control.
- COVID-19 Testing. An appointment is required and at the time of visit, the provider will determine testing needed.
Some of this information will change as we respond to the COVID-19 outbreak. Lone Star Circle of Care will continue to follow the latest guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Williamson County Health District, Austin Public Health, Houston Health Department and other health agencies.
