AVD Remote Lab (Preferred)

A more modern and efficient way to access software offered in university computer labs. AVD provides a simplified and streamlined process that does not require a VPN connection or application installation.

VMWare Remote Lab (Legacy)

Heads up! VMWare Remote Lab will be discontinued on May 13, 2024. IT Services recommends AVD Remote Lab for a faster, more secure way to access specialized software. Starting May 13, the apps.uark.edu web portal will redirect to AVD and the VMWare Horizon client will no longer connect.
