Submission Deadline: Friday, October 13, 2023

Abstracts must be submitted with the intention to present LIVE and IN-PERSON on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. Abstracts are limited to 300 words (excluding references). Please use a structured format and consider the following headings: Title, Author(s) and Affiliation(s), Background, Purpose/Aim(s), Methods, Results, Conclusions. ONLY PDF AND WORD FILES CAN BE ACCEPTED. Work previously presented (within the past year) may be submitted for consideration. If this work was supported in full or part by a grant, please cite the grant number and funding organization at the end of the abstract. Once submitted, abstracts may be edited or deleted/withdrawn until the deadline of Friday, October 13, 2023; all submissions will be considered final after this date.

For all submitted abstracts, the first author will be designated as the presenter. Please ensure that the first author (i.e., first individual listed in the abstract/poster) is the person who can and will present LIVE and IN-PERSON on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.

Please also note that the CHOC Research Institute Abstract Review Committee will select a number of abstracts for the live Podium Presentation Session on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 from 2:30pm to 3:30pm. Podium presenters will be notified in advance (a poster presentation will be optional).

Abstract acceptances and declinations will be sent by email to the first author (presenter) and abstract submitter (if different individuals) by Monday, October 23, 2023.
