Project Coordinator
ICF is seeking a Project Coordinator to work within a dynamic and highly innovative team environment in our Energy, Aviation, & Infrastructure group. The candidate will assist in the implementation of utility energy efficiency programs that incorporate installation of energy efficiency equipment in commercial and residential buildings. This position entails the efficient handling of applications, rebate forms, and other types of back-office processing for our customers. Successful individuals will have the ability to contribute to our success in all of these areas and be a proactive team player. This position will be located in Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working daily in a software tool that requires documentation review, data entry, and error checking
- Outgoing emails, calls, and coordination to customers to provide information and route them to an appropriate internal contact for support
- Follow up with internal and external contacts as needed
- Review reporting in Excel to ensure data is being entered consistently and correctly
- Maintain operations by following documented policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative assistance for the Atlanta team
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications and Professional Skills:
- High school diploma with 2-3 years work experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Superior attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative, and positive attitude
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience as a call center or processing center agent
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous business processing or back office experience
- Data entry, database navigation, and database manipulation experience
