Front Desk Coordinator/ Business Intelligence (Global Headquarters)

Position Overview :
AJC International is looking for an energetic and dynamic Front Desk Coordinator  to join our Office Services team in the Atlanta Headquarters. The Front Desk Coordinator preforms a range of clerical and general office duties to help support the company’s internal and external customer service functions in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic individual interested in starting an exciting career with an international company! This is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience and grow within the company. 
 
Scope of Responsibility
Front Desk:
-First point of contact; answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive attitude. Welcome visitors before determining the reason for their visit and directing them accordingly.
-Manage conference room schedule, meeting rooms, and welcome screen.
-Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing courier packages with UPS/ Fedex/DHL.
-Provide general clerical and administrative support for other departments as assigned.
-Process internal requests for office or equipment maintenance and coordinate with vendors or building management.
 
Business Intelligence:
-Generate business reports for the commercial team 
- Other projects as assigned  
 
Essential Skills :
-Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively with varying levels of internal and external customers over the phone, in person, and via email.
-Strong customer service skills
-Organized and detail oriented.
-Ability to multi-task & prioritize.
-Friendly, outgoing team player, with a positive attitude.
-Ability to think fast on feet; handle situations or emergencies that might arise and require quick decision and/or action.
-Previous international experience or exposure is required.
 
Experience and Education :
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, or other related fields is required. 
-1-2 years of receptionist/administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment is required.
-1-2 years of business intelligence is preferred. 
-Proficient computer skills- internet, email, spreadsheets, databases, etc is required.
 
Language:
-Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently. Proficiency in Spanish or another second language is preferred.
