Project Management Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Complete pre construction milestones for all projects assigned
• Produce electrical takeoffs
• Review project plans and contracts
• Develop material submittals, safety manuals, and labor schedules of values
• Draft wiring diagrams and other layouts to use during the construction process
• Work with our operations team to assist with change orders during construction

Requirements:
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, and One Drive)
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening

Beneficial Skills: (Not required)
• Drafting or drawing software (We use Bluebeam Revu and will train)
• Bachelors Degree in a related field
