Account Manager

Dematic Corp. has an immediate need for entry level Account Managers in Atlanta, Georgia; Basking Ridge, NJ; and Orange, CA and to support the continual growth of Dematic’s North America business. This is a newly created position that is responsible for selling a very specific Dematic solution to a targeted vertical account.
 
Essential Role and Responsibilities

The Account Manager is the face of Dematic with the customer. The Account Manager presents Dematic in a positive light by communicating the solutions that Dematic brings to the marketplace.
  • Develops and implements plans for a very specific vertical market with a set solution.
  • Drives revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
  • Pursues long-term account strategy that maximizes profits.
  • Develops a complete understanding of the customers' organizational structure and key buying influences of assigned accounts.
  • Performs customer presentations articulating the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings.
  • Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.

Qualification Requirements
  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree.
  • Recent college graduate with 1-2 years internships or experience in technical sales or material handling industry.
  • Confident and driven to close new business.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-growth, fast-paced and deadline driven environment successfully.
  • Willingness for business travel.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce a plus.
