Account Manager
Dematic Corp. has an immediate need for entry level Account Managers in Atlanta, Georgia; Basking Ridge, NJ; and Orange, CA and to support the continual growth of Dematic’s North America business. This is a newly created position that is responsible for selling a very specific Dematic solution to a targeted vertical account.
Essential Role and Responsibilities
The Account Manager is the face of Dematic with the customer. The Account Manager presents Dematic in a positive light by communicating the solutions that Dematic brings to the marketplace.
- Develops and implements plans for a very specific vertical market with a set solution.
- Drives revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
- Pursues long-term account strategy that maximizes profits.
- Develops a complete understanding of the customers' organizational structure and key buying influences of assigned accounts.
- Performs customer presentations articulating the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings.
- Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.

Qualification Requirements
- BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree.
- Recent college graduate with 1-2 years internships or experience in technical sales or material handling industry.
- Confident and driven to close new business.
- Ability to develop strong relationships.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-growth, fast-paced and deadline driven environment successfully.
- Willingness for business travel.
- Proficiency in Salesforce a plus.
