E3 Summit Application
Everybody's Environment Emerging (E3) Leader Summit will provide opportunities in skill building, outdoor recreational experience and stewardship. Through sharing authentic stories, creating connections with inclusive communities, and public lands education, summit participants will expand the common image of environmental stewards. The Summit will take place Sept 27 -29th at Camp Watia near Bryson City.  This beautiful location has access to the Appalachian Trail, a lovely lake, and public lands all around.  The E3 Summit is being hosted by Everybody's Environment, a coalition of organizations and agencies in WNC dedicated to protecting, educating, and advocating for our special mountains and diversifying visitors and staff of our public lands.

What to expect: Two nights of staying in cabins, inspirational speakers, training on Trail maintenance and stewardship, dialogue and exploration of how to create a structure for communication and next steps for action to a more inclusive Everybody's Environment (EE)! All meals included.  Transportation provided upon request.

Agenda:
Friday -  arrival 10am.  Get to know the group, get to know EE partners; activity
Saturday - Appalachian Trail 101 stewardship; Discussion and summit forum
Sunday - Activity, next steps. Wrap up and closing at 2pm.  

All applications will be reviewed by a team of EE partners.  30 applicants will be selected. Now accepting applications - reviewing and accepting on a rolling basis until filled.
