FCS Second Annual Wellness Festival and Fun Run/Walk (5K)

Welcome to the second annual Fulton CARES Employee Wellness Fun Run/Walk and Festival! This event is in recognition of our Employee Wellness initiative that focuses on four pillars encompassing physical, nutritional, mental and financial wellness. Our goal is to provide access to resources that highlight our four wellness pillars as a means to assist employees with achieving positive well-being in their daily lives. A new component of our wellness initiative is the Wellness Ambassador program with which all of our schools and departments are encouraged to participate. Wellness Ambassadors are an extension of the Fulton CARES initiative at the departmental and local school level. The Fun Run/Walk is an actual 5K this year and is scheduled as follows:

7:10 a.m. Check-in, walk-up registrations and packet pickup
8:10 a.m. Walk-up registration closes (T-shirts are subject to availabilty)
8:10 a.m. Pre-race celebration/warm-up begins
8:30 a.m. 5K Run/walk begins (no additonal run/walk participants after 8:45 a.m.)

9:00 a.m. FCS Employee Talent Showcase LIVE on stage

9:30 a.m. Wellness Festival - Kiddie Korner, Community Partners and vendors - and more!

All activities are free for employees. One adult guest of an employee can participate in the Fun Run/Walk 5K at a nominal cost of $10 which includes the race t-shirt and gift bag. Children of employees must be registered to participate in all activities and will receive a gift bag (t-shirts are not included). Additional t-shirts will be available at a cost of $10.00.

Be sure to select a ticket for EACH activity and EACH person for which you wish to participate, and include your name and the names of your guest and child(ren).
