Student Coalition to Defund Western Washington University Police
This is a new student-led anti-racism coalition with an immediate goal of supporting the demands of WWU Black students (chng.it/dPwtqTHXxq) by re-allocating funds from the WWUPD budget, and long-term goals of holding Western accountable to making institutional policy changes that reflect their various anti-racism and equity/diversity/inclusion statements.

We are an anti-racism coalition that centers the voices, experiences, and demands of BIPOC and NBPOC on Western's campus. We will not tolerate any anti-Blackness, *isms (e.g., racism, sexism, etc.), or white supremacy.
