UALR VEX Robotics Volunteer Registration - December 7th 2019
We are very excited to have you volunteer for The UA Little Rock Invitational VEX Robotics Competition.  Please fill out the information below and  lets us know what will work best for you.  Thank you, in advance for your help , making this great event happen for our Arkansas schools.

The Competition will start at approximately 9:00 am, inspection at 8:00 am. We hope that both the EDR and the IQ will be completed by 6:00 pm. IQ Should definitely be done earlier than 6:00 pm.

Volunteer Position Options  
Super Hero Level Volunteer- You are ready for anything and want to help where you are needed.

Judge (9:00am - 2:00pm) - ( Pre-Tournament online training required) You  will be in a room with  a few other judges, reading and grading engineering notebooks, and then conducting team interviews on the top 10 notebooks.


Inspection (morning only) -You will use a checklist to make sure all teams are in rules compliance before competition

Queuing- You will be checking to make sure the teams for the next match are in your area and getting ready to take the field.

Field Reset- You will reset your field after each match.

Referee/Scorekeeper- You will observe matches, identify rule violations, and enforce the VRC In the Zone manual as written. You will keep track of all game objects scored and record these results on a score sheet or scoring tablet.You will check score sheets to make sure they match and type them in the computer.
