From beginning to end, this book was nothing but perfection. I fell in love with the characters right from the start, although I loved Becket already when he was first introduced in He Loves Me...KNOT. Of course I had high expectations but count on RC Boldt to deliver another great story that put a smile on my face for days. Thank you!

This story’s one of a kind. I was swooning, laughing, crying out of joy and sorrow, but foremost, I fell in love with the beautiful story of two very different people who went through the process of learning, accepting and adapting to difficult situations that had yet been unknown to them. Becket was as open, caring, loving and honest as can be whereas Ivy was used to close herself off and guard her heart with oppressing her feelings in order to keep from getting hurt. How these characters formed each other and were better people together was awe-inspiring.

Ha! And there I thought it would be hard to deliver the next book after the awesome story of HLMK. But I was proven wrong. Becket’s a total sweetie, which might sound strange considering his physique, but his characteristics had me swooning all over him. He was just such a charmer and had me eating out of his hand.
He’d totally make me reconsider my views on marriage and kids because they’re similar to Ivy’s, so I really connected with her, but for a guy like Becket I’d throw all caution to the wind and be all in with him. =P

I wish I could have wrapped myself in this book like in a blanket because I found myself in a real dilemma as this was an unputdownable book but at the same time I didn’t want it to end. I savored every word and the significance of highlighting got absolutely lost here, because there wasn’t much that I didn't highlight. *HaHa* I really was at it again, highlighting the shit out of this book. What can I say?! I just loved it all.

I was head over heels in love with this story because Becket's made to win and he definitely won my heart. Will he win yours too?!

RC Boldt has always done a really good job with her character development (you must read her other books in this universe they are good) and she didn’t let me down with Beckett’s story. I always enjoy seeing previous character faves in her current story.

I first met Becket in He Loves Me Knot if you’ve not read it why? I adored him as the supportive friend that Blue needed but this time he takes centre stage and I couldn’t be happier.

Becket is the guy everyone loves, from grandmas to babies no one can resist his charm. He’s seen his best friend get her HEA and bye he wants his, he longs for a family of his own.

Ivy is anti commitment her job is giving people advice on the perfect breakup. I didn’t take to Ivy right away I think that’s because she’s a bit of an enigma. Over the course of the book she grew on me, I started to get her and when her past was revealed it was like an aha moment.

I loved that we get to catch up with all the guys especially Emma and Knox. Becket is the star of the book for me he just encompassed everything I want in my BBF.

Looking forward to the next book with this group of friends.

I have read a couple of R.C Boldt's books before and thoroughly enjoyed them and this book is no exception. It is wonderfully written with a strong story line and charismatic characters you couldn't help but love, Ivy and Becket's journey is a special one that you don't want to miss.

Ivy has been through hell and back and is a little cynical when it comes to relationships; she lives for the now and that's the way she plans to keep it. Becket Jones is an NFL quarterback, whom I absolutely adored. Ivy piques his interest when they meet through a friend at a business lunch and this is their story.

Sweet, romantic, with a touch a angst and a few twists, this is a book that you will love. R.C Boldt never fails to make you smile, to make you swoon over her characters and get emotionally involved with them. A must read story.

A fabulous book all in all and one I would recommend without a doubt.

This is the second book I have read by this author and it will not be my last of hers. I have another new favorite author and can’t wait to read her other books. As luck would have it the other book I read by this author happens to be the book that this is the spin off of, which I had no clue prior to starting it as I didn’t read the synopsis connecting the character’s name together. You do not need to have read the other book prior to this one but you will have spoilers from that book in here.
Beckett and Ivy, who knew that the word of the day app would connect two people. I loved their story and am left with a book hangover. Beckett is such a caring guy that you are routing for him the entire time. Ivy has had a rough childhood that the author slowly lets us in on throughout the book. There were several times I thought I had it figured out but nope something else was revealed. Then when the book gets you all teary eyed, the author added a bit of laughter to the story to take those tears away. This book was so not what I was expecting in the end with all the surprising twists that each time I was interrupted reading it was frustrating. I didn’t want to have to put the book down. I love the supporting cast of Darcy and Dax and hopefully they will each have their own book. Some things to expect with this book is a ton of laughs, a bit of suspense, a few teary eyed moments but most of all love.

Boldt is an absolute genius. This book got me out of a major reading slump. Lately I wasn't enjoying reading as much as I usually do, but this book bought my love of reading back to life. It was only a few weeks but for an avid reader like me, it felt like months lol.
I loved reading this book, it had me hooked from start to finish. Becket was just an amazing and kind guy. I'm glad he got his own book (we first met him in He loves me Knot. Which FYI was an amazing read!! ) Ivy was a strong female character who didn't believe in love and was weary due to her past but had a heart of gold. The book was an all round awesome read. It had the perfect mix of sweet, sexy and a little bit of heartbreak.

Ditched is a cute, sweet romance. Becket was swoon worthy, while Ivy had some healing to do before she was ready to accept the love being so beautifully given to her. It was fun, hot, and easy to read/listen to. I mostly listened to this and thought both narrators did a great job. I loved how it ended, I thought the “grovel moment” was perfect. I definitely recommend to romance readers looking for something light and that'll leave you with a big smile.

Ivy Hayes is in the business of breaking up relationships or, better said, of helping people break up relationships smoothly, avoiding drama and moving on without the sometimes nasty consequences of a breakup. She also doesn’t believe in relationships and has only been in “mutually beneficial arrangements” since her days in college.
Becket Jones is as public as they come. The beloved QB of an NFL team and poster child for charity work and lots of endorsement deals, he hasn’t been in a relationship for a while as he wants to be loved for who he is not the dollar sign attached to his name.
Becket and Ivy will meet under unusual circumstances, but when he realizes she doesn’t have an actual clue of who he is and has no interest in digging it out, that will only make her all the more attractive to him. Unfortunately, she’s not in the same wagon and he’ll have to work hard to get her to see his way.
I fell in love with Becket Jones when he first met Emma Jane. I honestly wanted her to drop Knox and get it on with Becket, but now I’m glad she didn’t because, oh sweet Jesus in Heaven…Becket and Ivy. *sigh*
Becket is the ultimate good guy looking for his one and only. He doesn’t want a hook up, loves children and is devoted to his team and his friends. He’s a “what you see is what you get” kind of guy and he’ll make sure Ivy knows from day one. Ivy, on the other hand, is a product of child neglect and abuse, ending up in foster care and her only emotional attachments are her foster sister and their friend and partner in business Leif.
I’ve really liked everything I’ve read by the author thus far, but Ditched is definitely something special. I loved the story, the delivery and the characters, even Ivy, as difficult as she was with her secrecy and hold backs. Becket is the ultimate book boyfriend, a man so full of love and ready to pass it on you can’t help but falling in love with him over and over again.

This one was quite unusual though.
Ivy and two friends coach people on how to have a painless relationship break-up. Ivy is the front clients see but she's very low key. And doesn't want any commitments herself.
