F. Authorize an agreement with Collins & Sons Excavating, in substantially the form presented to Council, for construction of the NE Division Street Accessibility Improvements project in the amount not to exceed $414,726.70.

H. Authorize an amendment to the agreement with Selectron Technologies Inc. for a platform upgrade to the IVR (Integrated Voice Response) system and integration with Tyler Munis in an amount not to exceed $33,550, with annual maintenance costs starting at $20,460
I. Resolution to use eminent domain, if necessary, to acquire land to allow construction of a portion of the Murphy Corridor Improvement Project
