The following services require VPN with additional Admin VPN privileges

  • Business and Financial Test Systems

  • Counseling Center internal systems
  • Direct connections to database servers (ODBC via Access, SQL Developer)
  • DegreeWorks test environment
  • FM Access Control Systems
  • ID Card Images Server
  • Intellicheck and FormFusion
  • PowerBI gateway server
  • Some internal Student Health Center systems
  • Testing Center internal system

Admin VPN access requires special authorization because of the sensitive nature of the data you have access to.  Please submit a request describing the Admin VPN resource(s) that you require: Request VPN Access - Help Desk - Jira Service Management (atlassian.net).  Once approved, you will be able to access these services using remotevpn.wwu.edu.
