Jazz Fest organizers are offering a special this year for "Locals Thursday" with $50 tickets for those who present valid identification.Organizers said this is the first time ever they have offered the deal. "Locals Thursday" is May 3 and the $50 ticket price is available for up to two admissions per resident.Tickets will be available for purchase on Thursday only and will be sold at designated windows at the Gentilly and Sauvage ticket booths and at the Trafalgar pedestrian gate.More information about Jazz Fest can be found online.Keep up with local news, weather and current events with the WDSU app here.
