Developing Sprint

Phase 1 of Sprint is now complete. The first phase was delivered on time and to budget and included extended bus lanes and priority signalling along the A34 and A45.

We're now moving on to Phase 2, which will complete the Sprint corridor in Walsall, Birmingham City Centre and Solihull. You can view the plans and have your say on Commonplace. This work is expected to begin in 2024.
