Student Pick Up

In order to ensure the safety of all students... please pick up students in the PE area.  Please drive up the west driveway and park near the bus area (by the transportation office).  After child is picked up, please proceed up the west driveway to Sunset Blvd.

Late Buses

Late Buses Late buses will be available two days each week (Mondays and Wednesdays), for students that are provided transportation by LAUSD.

Tumbleweed Parent-Sponsored Buses are available Monday through Thursday for students who have enrolled in the program.

Non-enrolled students may register for late bus usage until bus is full by contacting buses@paulreverems.com.

Boys Volleyball (Tryouts) - Must register online to attend tryouts (2/20 Tues and 2/21 WED in the Gym) Must attend BOTH days. The Boys Varsity Competitive Volleyball Team will practice Mon & Wed 3:25-4:30p. Boys JV Volleyball will practice Tues & Thurs after the IM volleyball class (3:25-4:30p). Riders Soccer Academy (RSA) – This class is meant for competitive AYSO and club level players and may not be suitable for beginners. This class will focus on the development of individual soccer skill, muscle endurance, physical and mental strength, balance, coordination and more! RSA will be coached by Mele French - former professional soccer player, Revere’s Varsity girls’ soccer coach, and director of LA Bulls. RSA Futsal Days - Join Revere’s Varsity Soccer Head Coach (Mele French) as she shares her expertise and passion for Futsal. Futsal comes from the Spanish ‘futbol sala’ or ‘futbol de salon’, which can be translated as ‘room football’. Futsal is played in a smaller area and on a hard surface, with typically 5 players (4 outfielders and a goalkeeper), with a heavier ball, and allows players to constantly rotate positions during game play. Requirements for Futal: Experience in playing club level soccer (Flight 3, 2, 1, NPL, ECRL, ECNO, EAL, MLS next, Bronze, Silver, Silver Elite, Gold, Premier, DPL, etc), Experience playing AYSO Extra, former Revere Varsity or JV players. This amazing sport is a combination of badminton, ping-pong and tennis. Speed & Agility Training For Sport

Speed & gility Training- Agility and Speed Dynamics – (1 or 2 day a week program)- Tues and/ or Thurs. Athletes will tap into their inner wiring to learn how to gain speed and strength on the playing field. Getting faster is something that everyone can learn. Proper running form as well as movement dynamics will be studied and reinforced. Coach U is a master of Speed techniques and has helped youth athletes to Division1, Pro and Olympic level athletes. Movement activities will be aimed at re-wiring our nervous system, and building the muscles that we need for SPEED! Lets go out there and make that team in the spring! Our fun and engaging Speech and Debate Team gives participants the tools to speak confidently in any setting. The team is coached Rose Institute, which since 2011 has specialized in connecting speakers with their audiences. Complete with tailored lessons, exercises, games, speeches, in-class presentations, and inter-school competitions, our programs are an absolute blast. Intro to Mock Trial - This exciting mock trial course allows students to deliver opening statements, present closing arguments, and conduct cross-examinations as student attorneys. Students can also hone public speaking, acting, and improvisation skills as student witnesses. The course will run for each semester of the school year, allowing students to build on prior training, learn advanced concepts, and compete against teams from other schools. Reminder:
Please be advised that all protocols of School expected behavior will apply to ALL classes, sports and activities. Even if we are not physically on campus, proper etiquette and behavior is expected at all times. Severe disipline problems / insubordination will be cause for immediate, non-refundable dismissal from the program.

Enrollment is on a first come- first serve basis. Register your child early to guarantee a space.

Costs include a $25 non-refundable registration fee.  All requests for refunds must be submitted prior to the start of the second week of the session.
 
Student Eligibility Requirements:
1) Good citizenship and behavior are expected at all times, especially when dealing with coaches, instructors and volunteers. Poor sportsmanship (by parent or student) will result in immediate student suspension/removal from P.E.P. without refund.
2) Students must maintain a min. 2.0 gpa, with no more than 1 U in work habits and cooperation, no more than 10 unexcused absences or tardies. If more than 10 absences/tardies due to medical, must provide doctor note clearing student to play.
3) PEP has the right to remove students at any time due to safety concerns or behavior issues.
4) Completed forms (registration, financial aid) and payment must be received before student can participate. No exceptions!!!
5) Participants must show up to practices and classes regularly and on time.
6) All Financial Aid requests must be submitted prior to the first day of the session.
7) All requests for refunds must be submitted prior to the start of the second week of the session.
8) Outdoor activities will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. There are no make up days for missed classes/activities.
9) A non-refundable $25 enrollment fee is included in all registration fees.
10) Enrollment is on a first come- first serve basis. Register your child early to guarantee a space.
