district 3 county map PennDOT's Engineering District 3 is responsible for the state-maintained transportation network in this region. This includes 4,500 total road miles and 2,901 total bridges.

We also work with local governments, elected officials, stakeholders and the public on keeping people and goods moving safely and efficiently in this region.

Route 220 Bridge Improvement Project Continues Next Week in Lycoming County

Motorists who travel Route 220 in Woodward Township, Lycoming County, are advised that the bridge replacement and rehabilitation project continues next week. This project replaced the northbound structure carrying Route 220 over the Fourth Street off ramp and rehabilitated northbound structures over Antlers Lane and the Lycoming Valley Railroad during the 2023 construction season.
