Long Beach Parents:

Free in-home childcare services are now available to working Long Beach parents for a limited time. The City Council voted to use a portion of the city’s federal relief from the “Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security” (CARES) Act to support working families who may be struggling to pay for childcare during school or evening hours.

Participating families shall receive 40 hours of credit in the WorkLB Childcare Program, with services provided in the family’s home, by qualified childcare professionals employed by our non-profit community partner, Skills4Care.
