2022 Badge Policy

  • Each badge guarantees the badgeholder a ticket at each screening time during the physical festival (Dec 1 - 4).  Other Worlds promises not to oversell the festival.  We will only sell the number of badges that we have tickets available.

  • If you are purchasing the badge for another person, that person must be listed on your order.  If you are unsure of who will be using the purchased badge, please purchase it under your own name.  You can also contact our registration director Reid Lansford (registration@otherworldsfilmfest.com) before Tuesday, November 29th with a copy of the receipt and let him know the name you’d like to have on it.

  • All sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

  • All purchasers will be added to our mailing list so you can follow any news about the festival (you can unsubscribe at any time).

  • By purchasing this badge, you and anyone receiving a badge from this order are agreeing to the above policy without exception.  In regards to all issues not expressly provided for in this policy or which require interpretation of the policy, the decisions of the Other Worlds authorities or the designated representative shall be binding on all parties.
