2019 - redshirted due to injury … threw 2/3 of an inning, giving up one hit and striking out one batter in her only appearance of the season against Central Oklahoma … one of 12 Lions to land on the MIAA Academic Honor roll (3.14 GPA).

2018 - Appeared in 28 and started in 24 games within the circle for the Lions during her freshman season...named a All-MIAA Honorable Mention recipient...one of 12 lions to land on the MIAA Academic Honor roll (3.22 GPA)...finished sixth in opponents batting average (.218) and seventh in total strikeouts (107) on the MIAA leader board...recorded a team-best 3.02 ERA while going 8-8 with seven complete games and 107 strikeouts in 113.2 innings pitched...had three 10-strikeout games in three victories versus Oklahoma Baptist (2/3), Fort Hays State (3/29), and Lincoln (4/14). 

Prior to Southern - Hamm comes to Southern from Olathe Northwest HS, where she was a four-time letter winner inside the circle for the Ravens...threw two complete games as a freshman on her way to earning a second team All-Conference selection as a pitcher, as the Ravens won the Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) Class 6A regional championship and a fourth place finish at the KSHSAA Class 6A state tournament...in her sophomore season, Hamm earned first team All-Conference honors as a utility player while the Ravens won the KSHSAA Class 6A regional championship and was the class 6A state runner-up...nominated for the Gatorade Player of the Year during her sophomore season...earned a second team All-Conference selection inside the circle for ONWHS while the Ravens again won the KSHSAA Class 6A regional championship before falling to Olathe South HS in the state semi-final in her sophomore season...went on to beat Olathe East to win the state championship in her senior year while earning first-team All-Conference and All-State. 

 
Personal - Natalie is the daughter of Scott and Tiffany Hamm and plans to major in nursing at Southern.
