Settlement Updates:

December 2022: The Claims Administrator has completed its review of all claims (and all supporting documentation), including responses to the Notice of Field Review Status, and Final Determinations have now been mailed to all claimants other than those that are currently under review by the auditors.

If you have NOT received a Notice of Rejection, the Claims Administrator has determined you have at least one Affected Field eligible to participate in the settlement. You should have received a Notice of Claim Amount in November 2022. The Notice of Claim Amount is subject to further review from auditors, which could change the amount referenced in this Notice. You may also appeal the amount stated in the Notice of Claim Amount should you choose to do so. At this time, we do not know when payment of eligible claims will commence.

If you DID receive a Notice of Rejection AND you appealed that result, BUT you have NOT received a written decision from the Appeals Master, your appeal is still under review. Appeals will continue to be reviewed into early 2023. We appreciate your patience. When a decision about your claim is made, a copy of the decision will be sent to you.

You can find additional answers to frequently asked questions on this website here or by clicking on the “FAQs” tab at the top of this page. You can also reach the Settlement Claims Administrator directly via email, mail, or our call center, as specified here.
