On Monday, March 11th, just before 7am, APD officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Airport Blvd. on a theft from an enclosed trailer. The victims were in town for the Western Antiques and Collectible show. They came out and found that the lock had been cut off of the trailer and its contents removed. The items taken were all handmade sterling silver pieces consisting of jewelry, spurs and other western items. All of the items stolen are marked with two bumblebees or the name “Butters”. If you have information on this crime or know who the suspects are, please call Amarillo Crime Stoppers at 806-374-4400. You will remain anonymous and if the information you provide leads to an arrest or the recovery of stolen property, you could earn an increased reward up to $2,000. Amarillo Crime Stoppers needs your help locating a red 2017 Honda CRV for this weeks "Stolen Auto Day". This vehicle was reported stolen from the 2000 block of SE 28th on Wednesday April 10th. The vehicle should display Texas license, MSP-2531, and the last six of the VIN are 009255.  If you know the location of this vehicle or know who stole it, call Amarillo Crime Stoppers at 806-374-4400. You can also submit your anonymous tip at amapolice.org by using the P3 tips app. If your tip leads to the recovery and/or the arrest of the suspect you could earn a reward of up to $1,000.
