We are thrilled to announce that the event is back in 2024, and it's going to be stronger than ever. This year, we have plenty of exciting news to share with you.

First and foremost, we are expanding our lineup of sports competitions. In addition to rugby and netball, we are introducing two new sports: Field Hockey (mixed teams) and Golf (mixed players). This means there will be even more opportunities for athletes and sports enthusiasts to showcase their skills and passion.

As in previous years, the rugby, netball, and field hockey competitions will take place at the prestigious Stadium and High Performance Center of Vila Real de Santo António, located in the beautiful eastern Algarve region of Portugal. This state-of-the-art facility guarantees an exceptional experience for both participants and spectators.

With over 70 international sports teams and more than 2000 athletes expected to participate, the Algarve 7s is set to be once again an incredibly exciting sports festival. Whether you are a player or a spectator, this event promises to offer a fantastic display of talent, camaraderie and entertainment.
