SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Law; provision not set out; applicability. Sets out a section from Chapter 37 of the Acts of Assembly of 1986 establishing the applicability of the Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Law (§ 36-85.2 et seq.). The bill also removes an obsolete provision relating to the purpose of the chapter and makes technical changes. The bill is a recommendation of the Code Commission.
