Oregon's Lunatic Fringe

The '
Lunatic Fringe' has been a favorite label used by the left to describe those who strongly disagree with their reasoning and agenda.
But lo and behold, that description now best describes democrats!
Consider the lunacy of their candidates for President, a daily charade of nonsensical ideas to gain attention to themselves.
Oregon has their own 'lunatic fringe.' It is called the Oregon Legislature!
Dominated by radical democrats from Portland and Eugene in both houses and a like minded Governor, they are full steam ahead to impede the rights of Oregon's citizens to protest or challenge their decisions.
According to
Dennis Tuuri, long time Oregon legislative watchdog. . .
"The Oregon Senate is now fast-tracking SB 761. It would eliminate so-called "e-sheets." These are initiative or referral petitions that can be filled out by a single voter and then sent in. It has been in use for ten years and has a much higher rate of authentication than multi-signer petition sheets. It is particularly helpful for the elderly."
Oregon's democrat legislators are determined to remove every possible obstacle to their radical leftist agenda in Oregon.
SB 761 is just another example of
unmitigated disdain for the voters of Oregon
. It is time to say. . .
STOP!
Call the Oregon Capitol Switchboard 'Hotline', 1-800-332-2313, and ask for your state senator. Leave him/her a polite but strong statement of opposition to SB 761.

A Plea To Our Readers And Supporters

I understand that May is a difficult time for our readers and donors. Graduation gifts along with a multitude of organizations asking for support, makes giving decisions pretty difficult. In the midst of this challenge for all of us, please allow me to make a case for supporting Restore America:
- You are not alone. We at Restore America are facing the same personal challenges, and the specific May challenge mentioned above.
- Our monthly operational expenses, including a business manager, executive director, two paid part time volunteers, liability insurance, monthly letters to donors, quarterly mailings of 135 Devotionals, research, and writing/editing weekly blogs to just over 4000 readers and donors, comes very close to $5,000 a month.
- We have no debt. We do only what we can pay for.
- The average monthly donations since the beginning of 2019, is $2,013.
- So far this month $2,850 has been given in support of our efforts to inform, awaken, and motivate the Body of Christ to 'secure' their 'unalienable' and God 'endowed rights'.
- The next year and a half (through the 2020 elections) will again be crucial if we who know and serve The LORD of heaven and earth are to be awakened and mobilized to preserve our God granted rights, religious liberty, and our children's future.
- We may be only a small Army but our Commentaries and Alerts are being read, forwarded, and followed by a growing number of current and former Senators, Congressman, legislators, and Christian leaders.
- You - as a financial supporter - along with the Restore Team, are part of God's 'Army' in the battle for the soul and restoration of America, "Under God."
