The first, is a reflection from His Excellency, Bishop Frank Caggiano, on the recent declaration from the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Fiducia Supplicans. Bishop Caggiano, hoping to provide clarity to the Diocese, explains when certain kinds of blessings are acceptable, the importance of seeking to understand the true desires of those asking for blessings, and the importance of accompaniment.
